Lianne is also an Operating Partner, Talent with Maverix Private Equity, where she plays a pivotal role in due diligence, supporting the investment teams in making strategic, data-driven decisions on talent and organizational fit. She provides people and talent expertise to portfolio companies, ensuring they have the leadership, structure, and culture necessary to scale effectively and drive long-term growth.
